Happy New Year 2009 from Team Kendall Top Fuel Bike Racing !!!
We hope that all of you have had a great Christmas and that your New Year Celebration for 2009 will be even better.
We have promised to keep you updated on the updating that our Top Fuel Bike is going through this winter in order to be competitive for the upcoming UEM/FIM series and here are some short facts of what we are doing with the bike at this very moment.
- New longer wheelie bars, to stabilize high speed wheelies
- Further changes within the fuel system, to allow an increased flow
- Updating of the clutch management system, to allow increased pressure in the system
- New billet pistons (see enclosed picture) with coating from our sponsor Cemecon A/S, to allow a higher combustion pressure
We would like to take the opportunity to thank Charlie Karling/Uddeholm Tooling for supplying us with the material for our new pistons (Alumec).
