Yesterday we were over at our team mate’s workshop and loaded the bike and all our equipment and now it’s on its way to Santa Pod for the upcoming final of the UEM series 2009.
The team will meet up on Thursday at the track and we are really looking forward to the race where we will try to improve our amazing ET’s from Gardemoen in August running an outstanding series of 5.93 sec, 6.06 sec, 6.10 sec. and finally 6.05 seconds in a row to take the Top Eliminator title, where all runs were faster than the existing European Record, held by our good friend Roel Koedam at 6.11 seconds.
After the race at Gardemoen we have been checking all engine components carefully and everything was found OK, which means most certainly that we can add additional power to the engine without risking any engine damages and we can promise you all that this will be the case if we will get the right track conditions.
Depending on the overall conditions we will have to tune the bike for a bit colder weather than in Norway and hopefully get a bit closer to the European record.
